percolating weirdnesss
not doing much nowadays, except for staring at the ceiling and watching thoughts that usually don't have time to collect in my consciousness flit by.
(cue angst-filled music)
someone pointed out to me last night that most problems can be simplified, and we only have to concentrate on solving the important bits; all the rest is by definition secondary. And if we can simplify and solve our problems, life becomes easier. QED.
so I suppose my problem is that I haven't yet learnt how to focus on the right bits and push everything else into the background. Seems to be an acquired skill.
or maybe I'm just too dumb or too scared to know what's good for me.
I'm really an idiot.
