This has easily been the busiest couple of weeks since I came into unit. Preparing for a major audit (mentioned that some time before). Lots of work and little sleep/food. Starting to get nightmares about future working life. ARgh.

Seriously need to brush up on my arrowing delegating skills. I feel bad whenever I have to ask someone to do stuff for me. If it's easy (like photocopying) I feel like I'm wasting their time and insulting their intelligence; if it's hard it makes me feel lousy for dumping such a complicated mess on other people.

It's like I'm wired to be apologetic.

At least the end is in sight. Last few days of rushing and then I'll have a short break. And I can start worrying about clearing my SOC. And clearing my leave.
