Maybe too many zebras are getting run over in Mandai zoo.

Or maybe 'zebra' is an euphemism for, erm, just about anything. Criminal masterminds (if Penguin can be an arch-villain, why not Zebra? Zebras got more style than Danny De Vito ever had)? Streetwalkers? Chee Soon Juan?
