a taste of the future?

didn't do much this wkend. Well, except for this redecoration. The banner image took me a long time (although u probably can't tell). At least I've got a working knowledge of Paint now, for what good that does me.

been wondering what's happening to me. It's not like I didn't want to go out this wkend, but ppl are leaving s'pore and those who are still around all seem to be busy; after getting negative replies from a couple of pple, I just couldn't be bothered any more. Instead I got listless and irritable (this always happens when I'm stuck in any room for too long). And I started wondering:

1) Is my social circle really THAT tiny?

2) Is my future life going to be an endless replay of this wkend???!

3) What's my problem with staying at home for a wkend anyway??

I can't answer 1) and 2) meaningfully, and I'm still wondering about 3). Maybe it's just coz it's my first wkend after re-enlistment. After being bored out of my mind during the week, the last thing I want to do is to get cooped up again. Not that staying at home is boring, but there's an urge to go out and mingle in civilization (with its relative freedom and lack of constraints). Make any sense to u?

so time has strolled by. Another day looms ahead. One more stifling week coming up.
